When it comes to couples Christmas cards, they can either be vomit-inducing or a total hoot.
One couple who fall firmly into the latter category is Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes, whose card is next level extra.
It sees them recreate a promotional shot from Downton Abbey as the Earl and Countess of Grantham.
A Christmas tree has obviously been photoshopped in – as has a fireplace, which features a seductive shot of the pair hanging above it.
“Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford wish you an Abbey Christmas, December 2019,” it reads.
The card was revealed by the This Morning presenters’ friend and colleague Rylan Clark-Neal on Instagram, who also snapped Birds Of A Feather star Lesley Joesph’s effort – a picture with the actual Pope.
He wrote: “Christmas card game has been upped this year @eamonnholmes @ruthlangsford @lesleyjosephtv.”
Ruth commented: “Think @lesleyjosephtv might just have the edge!!”
