Strictly Come Dancing couple Gorka Marquez and Gemma Atkinson have announced they are engaged.
The professional dancer proposed to the former Emmerdale star on Valentine’s Day.
The couple revealed the happy news with a post on Instagram, showing Gemma kissing Gorka as she flashed her engagement ring.
Gorka wrote on Instagram: “The best day with my forever Valentine’s.
“I asked and she said YES!!!!!!
“Happy Valentine’s Day everyone.”
Gemma added: “Valentine’s forever… Of course I said yes.”
The couple met when the soap star competed on Strictly in 2017. Gemma was partnered with Aljaz Skorjanec, while Gorka was paired up with Alexandra Burke.
They went public with their relationship at the end of the series and welcomed a daughter, Mia, in 2019.
They were congratulated by a number of Strictly stars after announcing their engagement.
Oti Mabuse wrote: “Yesssssssssss CONGRATULATIONS. MY HEART! So happy for you.”
Dianne Buswell added: “That’s awesome congrats guys xxx.”
Amy Dowden said: “Yayyyyy massive congrats you guys.”
JLS star Aston Merrygold, who competed on Strictly alongside Gemma, said: “Amazing bro!! Congratulations guys.”
Gorka was forced to spend over two months away from his family last year in order to form a bubble with Strictly partner Maisie Smith, who he reached the 2020 final with.
