This was definitely not a hard post to plan. My Christmas list starts taking mental note around June time, just after my birthday... When you're a stay at home mum with little income, you heavily rely on such occasions to be adorned with impractical luxuries that can't be justified the rest of the year! So below are items that I either believe will make a beautiful gift, feature high on my personal Christmas list, or are loved so much are already owned by me!
I LOVE metallic leather so when this brand came to my attention it was this beautiful cosmetics bag that jumped out from their collection. To make this gift even more special, you can have the zip fastener personalised for free. I actually got this as a gift for my niece for her sweet 16th, if it wasn't for the fact her name was already engraved on it, there was a high chance it wouldn't have made it to her...
Having only discovered this brand in the summer, this hand cream is now a total 'can't live without' and one that I wholly recommend. Eve Lom is regularly endorsed by major beauty experts in the journalism world, Vogue rate some of their products as 'the best in the world'! It would make a very special little stocking filler.
I am a regular visitor on the My Fabulous Collection site, they always stock such beautiful and different brands with a huge focus on ethical production. I just love the vibrancy of the Dar Leone brand and their print on this travel bag immediately caught my eye. It would sit perfectly on my dressing table to house my lotions and potions when not joining me on holiday!
Christmas just isn't Christmas without a box of new smellies in your stocking, so this luxurious gift set is definitely one for the wish list. Especially for an expectant mum, it includes a body scrub, shower cream, body lotion and my favourite, the milk bath for the ultimate in Cleopatra style pampering.
Olivia Burton Watch, From £60
I love these super stylish watches and as my goal of a 'Rolex before 30' was clearly unrealistic and has been stretched to '40', these are definitely my next favourite thing! They are so elegant and feminine and surprisingly affordable. Any one of them would make a great addition to your statement accessories.
One for the home maker or someone who just likes to have nice things! It is such a beautiful addition to your tableware, and if a quintessentially British made tea is your thing then look no further than the Susie Watson collection.
It's always nice to have a new bit of jewellery and I have had my eye on this silver Little Bee Bracelet for a while now ;) This subtle charm bracelet adds volumes of style to a simple look.
Basically guys, if you are reading this looking for some inspiration - any item of make up will make a nice, personal gift; a new Chanel lippy, Dior mascara or Nails inc varnish but if you really want to impress - this little tin of eye shadow magic will do it!
And finally, if stationary is her thing, look no further then the luxurious Mount Street Printers of Mayfair. A brand I actually discovered on My Fabulous Collection, they have a huge selection of customised letterheads and cards but unsurprisingly, it was the gold leather notepad that stole the show for me. It will arrive beautifully gift wrapped and for the ultimate in stationary luxe, you can have this engraved with her initials. A truly special gift for a professional woman.
