Kim Kardashian's Non-Surgical Wedding Makeover Secrets Revealed

Unless you've been hiding under a rock for the last 6 months, you'll probably be aware that US reality star Kim Kardashian is set to wed rapper Kanye West - this weekend.

Having descended on Paris with the rest of the Kardashian/Jenner clan (I've lost count of them all now..) in the last few days, it seems the celebrity wedding of the year is set to get everyone talking, but how has Kimmy K been preparing for her big day?

Well, if the rumours are to be believed, the bootylicious babe has not only been upping her visits to the gym and watching what she eats in order to look fabulous walking down the aisle - she's had a little non-surgical help too.

Having given birth to daughter North West last year, the new mum has managed to get back in shape quite quickly, but American gossip websites are suggesting she may have had a little help from cosmetic doctors in order to look perfect. And you can't blame her; the guest list for the 'intimate' ceremony includes a bevy of beauties including Beyonce, known for looking amazing pretty much constantly - even during arguments in lifts, ahem.

So what has the future Mrs West undergone in preparation for her wedding? Here's some info on the top 3 non-surgical treatments the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is rumoured to have undergone.

Body Contouring

Kim is a naturally curvaceous woman (we've all seen that 'belfie right?) but like most brides she's keen to look fab not flab in her wedding dress. According to reports she's undergone energy-assisted fat reduction treatments over the last 8 weeks to give her a smoother shape. Non-scalpel body sculpting treatments, like celeb favourites Vanquish and Exilis Elite, can tighten the skin and re-shape problem areas like wobbly bottoms and bulging bellies without any downtime. Along with her much publicised gym sessions, this combination could ensure Kourtney and Khloe's sister looks trim and toned in her wedding snaps.

Vampire Facelift

A self confessed 'addict' of anti-ageing aesthetic treatments, Kim is no stranger to the slightly stranger procedures available. One of her favourites, as she documented on Twitter previously, is Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy (PTPT) or the Vampire Facelift to most of us. This is still a fairly new treatment to the UK and, like many of the recent developments in the world of aesthetics, works on the basis that the body has a unique 'self heal' mechanism to repair and rejuvenate damaged skin. We already know the brunette is a fan of this Dracular inspired treatment, and it's ideal for women in their thirties (like Kim) that want a youthful glow to their skin.

She's got the radiant skin and her body is looking tight, but according to those 'in the know' Kris Jenner's daughter has sought Carboxytherapy treatment to reduce the appearance of stretch marks - a common complaint of mums like Kim. Carboxytherapy is the ultimate non-invasive cure-all cosmetic treatment. It can be used to treat fine lines and wrinkles, dark circles, scars, as well as stretch marks and even cellulite, so it's no wonder the procedure has received a lot of press and caught the star's attention. One of the lesser known cosmetic procedures, injections of carbon dioxide under the skin increase blood flow and speed up the body's natural healing process.

Non-surgical treatments are big news in the UK at the moment, with enquiries about scalpel-free procedures increasing year-on-year. Celebrities like Kim and regular women are turning to these anti-ageing and body contouring treatments over traditional cosmetic surgery as they offer fantastic results without the recovery time associated with going under the knife.

While the examples listed above are not classed as surgical, it's important to remember that all treatments carry risk, and I cannot stress enough the value in seeking out an experienced practitioner. For more safety advice, visit The Cosmetic Surgery Guide website.
