Regina King won Best Supporting Actress for “If Beale Street Could Talk” and Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper won Best Song for “Shallow” as well as wowing the crowds with an emotional performance.
“True Detective” is back for its third series. The new series of HBO’s time-jumping crime drama stars Mahershala Ali, Stephen Dorff and Carmen Ejogo. Matthew McConaughey, star of the first season, also attended the premiere in Los Angeles on Thursday to show support for the new cast.
