A train passenger who simulated sex with an on-board drinks trolley whilst claiming to be under the influence of alcohol and a legal high has been ordered to carry out unpaid work.
Andrew Davidson was seen thrusting against a drinks trolley on a busy Glasgow ScotRail service while shouting: “I want to kiss you, I want to fuck you,” a court heard in November.
The 25-year-old was also witnessed trying to kiss a waitress and attempting to sit on a female passenger’s lap during the incident on a train between Dundee and Perth on 5 July last year, The Sun reported.
On Tuesday Davidson, of Angus, appeared at Perth Sheriff Court for sentencing, STV News writes.
According to the channel, his solicitor told the court his client was “not heterosexual” and had "gone crazy after taking a 'legal high'.”

Davidson was placed on community payback and ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work, a court clerk confirmed to HuffPost UK.
At his November hearing, Davidson had admitted behaving in a threatening or abusive manner, grabbing a staff member's arm and trying to kiss her, shouting and swearing and making sexually offensive remarks and gestures.
He had also been heard to shout ‘dick, cock and blowjob’, during the incident, The Mirror wrote.
The newspaper cited Fiscal depute John Malpass as adding: “He was rubbing his chest, sticking his tongue out and shouting about what he wanted to do to his boyfriend.”
In a letter to the court, Davidson said: “I really can’t remember anything that happened. I am disgusted with my behaviour. I’m very sorry.”
Davidson had been placed on the Sex Offenders Register ahead of sentencing, but a spokesman for the court told HuffPost UK he was removed from it on Tuesday after the sheriff said he did not consider the sexual element of the case to be “significant”.
