There's nothing better than munching on a ripe avocado. Unless, of course, that avocado has been mushed up in a bowl to make guacamole. Mmm.
But, while you can buy pre-made guacamole in most supermarkets, there's nothing like making your own. Not only is it tastier and better for your health, but it's a surefire way to impress your dinner guests.
In the video above, executive food editor at Cooking Light, Ann Taylor-Pittman, has shared her easy peasy guacamole recipe. All you need is a ripe avocado, lime juice, coriander (or cilantro in the US), onion, tomatoes and salt.
