Midlands based performance poet
Jess Green is a Midlands based performance poet. She has performed at Glastonbury, Latitude, Bestival, Secret Garden Party and the Edinburgh Fringe. She also delivers workshops in schools, libraries, prisons and theatres up and down the country. In 2015 her poem, Dear Mr Gove went viral and has now had more than 300,000 hits on Youtube. She is about to start touring her music and poetry show, Burning Books, set in an inner city secondary school suffering the cuts and blows of the coalition government.
