Businessman, former banker and government minster
Mervyn Davies, Baron Davies of Abersoch CBE - former banker and was a UK government minister until May 2010. He is Vice Chairman and Partner at Corsair Capital and non-Executive Chairman of PineBridge Investments. He is Senior Independent Director at Diageo, and Chair of the Advisory Board of Moelis and Co. He is chairman of Chime Communications plc.
He completed the Programme for Management Development at Harvard Business School and is a Fellow of the Institute of Bankers.
In November 2013, he was announced as the inaugural chairman of the Garden Bridge Trust, planning a planted bridge over the Thames in London
