The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed Lilibet “Lili” Diana on Friday at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in California.
Queen Elizabeth, Prince Charles, Prince William and Kate Middleton all paid tribute to Archie on his big day.
“We can confirm that Archie is going to be a big brother."
It's the first time the public has heard the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's son speak.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's card is based on an original photo taken by Meghan's mother, Doria Ragland, earlier this month.

The world got to get a peek of Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor today, as Meghan and Kate watched Prince Harry and William play in a charity polo game. They were competing for the Khun Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha Memorial Polo Trophy, in honour of the Leicester City chairman who was killed in a helicopter crash in October last year.
The event was held in secret and some details remain a mystery.
The Duke and Duchess Of Sussex chose to keep the ceremony private, prompting criticism.
The service will be held at Windsor Castle.
