The bottom line is, I may have found the situation with the driver amusing, but a lot of female friends I spoke with immediately said they would be scared or disturbed if they received a message like the one I did. I can't justify letting something like that lie and just dismissing it as bizarre behaviour.
The Tab, the student publication which has gone national having gained over 500,000 visitors a month last year, has improved student journalism. It's not something you hear that often, particularly not from someone like me who spent most of their free time at university working for a traditional student paper.
