Alex Jones has been receiving some Strictly Come Dancing home support from her One Show co-presenter Matt Baker.
Baker came second in the hit BBC One ballroom dance contest last year, and has been offering Jones a helping hand with making it to the final by "having a little boogey around the office" with the Welsh beauty.
However, Strictly alumnus Baker said he's been careful not to step on her toes: "To be honest I'm trying to bite my tongue, as there's nothing worse than when someone tells you how to do something."
"We've been having a little boogey around the office and I've been offering advice wherever I can. She's doing brilliantly though."
Baker and his dance partner Aliona Vilani were favourites to win last year, after he wowed the judges with his steps, and the public with his skin-tight trousers and sparkly shirts open to the navel.
However, he was pipped to the Strictly post by former EastEnders actress Kara Tointon and her dance-partner-turned-love-interest, Artem Chigvintsev.
Baker has been key to keep an eye on Jones since she took to the dance floor but notes "he hasn't been watching the programme religiously". He added: "I've been watching Alex on YouTube after the show."
He's obviously backing his co-presenter, but who else does he think is in with a chance of taking the Strictly crown this year?
"You can never tell who's going to win, I think there's a lot of people with good entertainment value in it this year."
While he continues to support Jones, Baker has taken on an entirely different challenge of his own. He's set to ride from Edinburgh to London on a rickshaw - in eight days, carrying passengers along the way - for BBC charity Children In Need.
