Olly Murs has revealed he is considering quitting The Xtra Factor as he doesn't want to be known just as a TV presenter.
The 27-year-old singer - who was runner-up in the 2009 X Factor final - co-presented the ITV2 spin-off show with Caroline Flack and was a big hit as a presenter.
But Murs told New! magazine: "We'll see what happens. Presenting is a tricky one. The more you do it, the more you get typecast as a presenter and I'm not a TV presenter, you know? I want to continue my singing."
Murs also admitted it was uncertain if judges Gary Barlow, Tulisa Contostavlos and Kelly Rowland would return as well.
He said: "I don't know if they'll all be back. I guess it's the same for me as it is for them."
Simon Cowell is expected to give The X Factor another shake-up after it suffered a ratings loss against Strictly Come Dancing this year.
