Politicians across Westminster have embraced the digital age. They have been taking up iPhones, Blackberries and iPads in their droves.
Even the Prime Minister has got into it. David Cameron recently said he has completed the popular mobile game - Angry Birds on his iPad. Journalists waited with bated breath to know what game he moved onto next. Cameron suggested he now is addicted to Fruit Ninja, saying:
"It's quite good, to get your frustration out. If you can't have a reshuffle, play Fruit Ninja"
Cameron's infatuation with his iPad has got so intense that he has ordered a custom app to help him run the country. This app, providing a "management dashboard" for the PM, costed over £20,000.
Given the expense, we thought it'd be a public service to compile a list of applications that would suit the Prime Minister - or any Westminster politico. Apple users will be lucky as they can use them all, but we have included something for those using Android devices.
As an extra bonus, they're all available for free - with not a single penny of tax-payer money being spent!
