Harry Harling, British Schoolboy, Plunges 11 Floors To His Death In Dubai

F**k The System: Last Tweets Of 15-Year-Old Who Plunged To His Death

The death of British schoolboy Harry Harling is being investigated by police after the 15-year-old fell 11 floors to his death on a construction site in Dubai.

Harry, who had been living in the United Arab Emirates with his family for nine years, plunged to his death after tweeting "f**k the system".

The schoolboy had been out drinking with friends on Friday night, before they separated. It is not clear why the 15-year-old was on his own on a construction site balcony in the early hours of Saturday morning.

"I'm just hoping you still have that cheeky grin on your face" one Facebook user wrote on Harry Harling's tribute page

Just before he went out, Harry was reported to have tweeted "'Beers and tanning with the lads justwhatIneed."

Dubai police are also keen to understand how the year 11 pupil had got hold of alcohol in the strict Muslim state. Maj Gen Al Mansouri, the head of Dubai Police CID, said that no criminal intent is suspected in the boy's death.

Pupils at Jumeirah College, which Harling attended, are being offered counselling, while the headteacher is encouraging Harry's friends to come forward with any information that may help police explain the incident.

A tribute page for the schoolboy has been set up on Facebook, while tributes also poured in on Twitter.

The Foreign Office confirmed a British minor had died in Dubai.
