James Bond And Spiderman Films To Be Made, Sony Reveals

James Bond and Spider-Man films will be released in 2014, Sony have announced.

News of the further films comes just before the much anticipated Skyfall and The Amazing Spider-Man hit cinemas.

Details were revealed during Sony’s presentation at the CinemaCon convention in Las Vegas, which mapped the company’s plans up to 2014.

Attendees got a peek at the films due for release this year including Men in Black III which stars Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga as aliens alongside Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones.

The convention also saw Peter Jackson unveil footage from The Hobbit to mixed reviews.

The film is shot at double the normal speed at 48 frames per second was criticised by some as being “too accurate”. It stars Martin Freeman as Bilbo Baggins and welcomes back most of the Lord of the Rings cast.
