This is the horrifying moment a baby is pulled from his buggy and dragged behind a car as his mother frantically tries to get to him.
Police are hunting for the driver of the car who backed into the parent and child outside a supermarket in Muskegon, USA.

After the mother unhooks the youngster from the car bumper the driver simply drives off. Police have released the tape in the hope he can be traced.
Both were shaken but escaped with only minor scratches.
