'Saving Mr Banks' Exclusive Feature: Tom Hanks, Emma Thompson, Colin Farrell On Bringing Walt Disney Story To Screen

We all love 'Mary Poppins'. We all love Disney films. Now we can sit back and wallow in 'Saving Mr Banks', the glossy tale of how Walt Disney struggled, for TWENTY years, to bring the story of England's great nanny to screen. As Tom Hanks, who plays Disney, says, "He'd never come across somebody who wasn't thanking their lucky stars they got to work with him."

But that was before he encountered PL Travers (Emma Thompson), whose force of will and protectiveness for her beloved heroine made Mary Poppins herself look faint-hearted.
