Australia’s Immigration Minister has received an unusual delivery in his post box.
Scott Morrison is being bombarded with tampons and sanitary pads from protesters over claims that female asylum seekers in detention around Australia don’t have acceptable access to such products.

The charity RISE claim that some women in detention centres are being forced to ask security personnel for tampons and pads and were allegedly sanctioned to one or two products at a time.
Destroy the Joint, an Australian online feminist group, decided to do something about this humiliating treatment, and called on their followers to send the government a message.
"Say no to the bloody humiliation of refugee women," they said regarding the protest, while #stopthetampons has been trending on Twitter
