Petition To Save BBC3 To Be Axed Due To 'Disappointingly Low' Viewing Figures

A petition to save BBC3 has been scrapped due to low viewing figures, Huffington Post UK Comedy has learned.

Despite the figures being higher than a similar petition to save BBC4, it's feared that they are not enough to save the campaign.

"#SaveBBC3 might have been trending on Twitter, but very few people have bothered to switch over to Change.org," explained one fan of the petition. "It's such a shame that they're scrapping it - it was the birthplace of some great signatures."
