The Budget, #ToryBingo, Kate Bush And More: The Week In 50 Funny Tweets

Well, that was the week that was. The week that George Osborne produced his new Budget (and a new pound coin) - and Grant Shapps produced a Tory Bingo poster that was swiftly un-produced.

Further afield, Crimea went to the polls and LA was shaken by an earthquake. But we here in Britain had our on earth-shattering news: Noel Edmonds wants to buy the BBC. Still, at least there was Kate Bush's tour announcement to cheer us up after hearing that.
