Amy Willerton - who famously smuggled a tonne of make-up into the jungle when she was on ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ has also posted her own snap.
The trend started as a way to raise awareness for cancer research but since the craze became a viral phenomenon, the charity Cancer Research UK has seen now seen a whopping £1 million donated by Twitter and Facebook users who have posted their selfie online and donated cash.
“Hundreds of thousands of you have helped raise over £1 million (and counting) posting your #nomakeupselfies and donating to help beat cancer sooner,” reads a post on their Facebook page. “We’re overwhelmed by your incredible support.
“Our #nomakeupselfie, Dr Kat, and breast cancer survivor, Sarah, want to join us in saying a huge thank you to all of you. Your support will help save lives."
