Toni Kroos, Manchester United Target, Involved In Touchline Dispute With Pep Guardiola (PICTURES)

Was United Target Kroos Involved In A Bust-Up With Pep?

Pep Guardiola was not the only tetchy Bayern Munich man during their 1-1 draw at Manchester United on Tuesday night, as midfielder Toni Kroos appeared to contest his second-half substitution with his coach.

Before Guardiola disputed Bastian Schweinsteiger's sending off, Kroos, a United transfer target, seemed to object to his withdrawal for Mario Götze in the 74th minute with Guardiola.

The two became involved in an animated conversation for a few seconds before Kroos eventually made his way to the Bayern bench.

Although the exchange was hardly heated, it was another negative reaction from Kroos, out of contract in 2015, following his response to being substituted at Stuttgart earlier this season.

Kroos angrily tossed his gloves to the floor and refused to acknowledge a member of Bayern's staff as he walked to the bench, before Thiago Alcântara scored a stunning late winner.
