The artist formerly known as Cheryl Cole and her new husband Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini might well have solved the problem of where they’re going to live now that they’re married, as it’s claimed he’s looking to open a restaurant in London.
While it was previously reported in The Mirror that the bilingual beauties were currently not sure whether to settle down in London or Jean-Bernard’s home country of France, it’s now been claimed the couple are planning to put down roots here in Blighty.
According to The Sun, Jean-Bernard - or JB as Cheryl refers to him - is planning to open a trendy restaurant here in London, which will be his first in the UK, having previously had success with his pop-up restaurant Cosy Box in France.
A source told the newspaper: “Cheryl’s been really involved in helping JB find the perfect spot for his first restaurant here. They’re considering trending London areas like Shoreditch, Notting Hill, Soho and Dalston.
“JB is very well travelled but Cheryl is loving getting to show him the ins-and-outs of London.”
It sounds as though Cheryl is really head over heels with her new French beau, who she married after just three months of dating, and has even reportedly asked that she be referred to as Cheryl Fernandez-Versini when ‘The X Factor’ returns to screens later this year.
It’s also been claimed that the pair ‘refused’ to sign a pre-nup before tying the knot in a secret ceremony last week.
