John Oliver can do no wrong. Whether it's tackling the ills the prison system or just bringing Right Said Fred back together, we is using his HBO show 'Last Week Tonight' to do seriously good work in the world.
His latest success is managing to (help) bring five geckos lost in space back home safely, once their important work for the Russian space agency is complete. What is that work you say? Having sex. The geckos are essentially one giant love experiment 300 miles above the Earth, though their fate was uncertain last week when Russia announced the craft was 'out of control', and that it would probably be impossible to bring the geckos back.
