If you've ever played Grand Theft Auto V then you'll know of a certain sect within the game that believe in the existence of aliens. Although a parody, they are remarkably accurate examples of the 'loving' group of UFO watchers and how they just want our first alien encounter to be a big hug, preferably on a beach. At sunset.
This video is full of people like that, which immediately implies that it could be nonsense, except... well, you'll see.
The video doesn't appear to be doctored and with enough people there, it seems these two bright lights are genuine UFOs, in as much as they are completely unidentifiable (for now).

All of which means it's almost certainly CGI. Anyway, watch it, as it's hilarious.
