Here it is folks, the greatest dose of criminal karma served up in a while.
This would-be car thief in Drogheda, Ireland, thought he would have a go at stealing himself a rather expensive-looking Mercedes.
Unfortunately the car's windows appear to have been made with sturdy - and surprisingly bouncy - stuff.
His first few attempts to launch a brick into the vehicle result in nothing more with him running after a deflected projectile.
And then it hits him - literally.
The owner of the car and manager of the nearby Pheasant pub, Gerry Brady, came out to see what all the fuss was about and was confronted with the man laying in a pool of his own blood.
He said: “When the Gardaí picked him up, he started claiming that I attacked him. He was still telling them that in the station when I came in with the footage of him getting knocked out by his own brick.”
“You should have heard the Gardaí laughing when they saw the video. They were in stitches. Credit to them, they were straight out when we called and found the guy within minutes.”
