Save The Children have enlisted the supermodel's help ahead of their annual Christmas Jumper Day on December 18, as they've just launched a very stylish new campaign.
The Fashion Saves Lives project saw the charity bring together five top British designers (Christopher Kane, Charlotte Olympia, Giles Deacon, Henry Holland and Bella Freud) to create limited edition sweaters for the festive period.
If that wasn't cool enough, they enlisted the help of five top models (Kate Moss, Erin O'Connor, Karen Elson, Poppy Delevingne and Dree Hemingway) to show them off at the photoshoot.
The jumpers are available to purchase exclusively from matchesfashion.com from Wednesday 4 November, priced at £365 each.
For each jumper sold £100 will be donated to Save the Children to help the world’s most vulnerable children.
