TV has gone from black and white to colour, from linear to on-demand, and we’ve watched television evolve from something we needed to schedule our lives around, to a hobby we can enjoy on the go, anytime and anywhere.
We’re spoilt for choice with the selection of channels and programmes out there and we’ve come a long way since Scottish engineer John Logie Baird’s experiments with an old hatbox, scissors and a tea chest to create the world’s first working television set.
