You would think the NHS would be used to acronyms by now, given its name.
But a recent leaflet, published by the service's Telford and Wrekin Commissioning Group has left people more than a little amused - by its complete misinterpretation of a common internet phrase.
Entitled 'NHS #WTF' the pamphlet explains "rights, responsibilities, Government pledges and what you should do if you are unhappy" to patients in the West Midlands.
