Now there's a way to satisfy your sweet tooth without consuming any calories. It's about time someone took the pleasure out of eating chocolate!

Like breath strips - you know the edible bits of mint-flavoured film which end up stuck to the roof of your mouth and leave you feeling like you're about to gag - Cravings offer an instant hit of flavour without any of those pesky calories that come with actual eating. Phew!

Watch the Kickstarter video here:

The man behind the brand, Ian Goldfarb, claims his chocolate strips are the best way to satisfy your cravings while "sticking to your diet".

Theoretically, if you've got a hankering for a luxury Belgian chocolate truffle with a gorgeous carmel centre, you can just pop one of these little breath strips on your tongue and a few moments later your chocolaty dreams will be realised without eating anything.

"You deserve chocolate," the campaign boasts... And that's right. You do deserve chocolate so you should probably just eat it rather than spending £5.95 on a pack of 24 chocolate-imitating strips (which you'll probably consume in one sitting if you're anything like us).

Let's keep chocolate a treat because the fun isn't in the taste - it's in seeing how long you can keep it in your mouth before it completely melts!
