One of the major problems holding back Google Glass (other than the fact it hasn't been released yet) is that it looks, well, nerdy.
But one time you'll probably be able to let that go is if you're about to be operated upon.
And that's now a real thing. Recently a Chicago doctor performed an operation using Google glasses, which allowed him to view both his patient, and x-rays and charts at the same time.
