No matter how old we get, we're still fascinated by custom-designed sweets.
Just how do they get the word 'Portsmouth' running through the old-fashioned sticks of rock at the seaside?
In the above video, confectioners at La Confiserie Candy Labs in Montreal, Canada, lift the lid on how handmade custom-designed sweets are made.
The fascinating short documentary shows the masters at work as they roll and stretch the base formula, adding many layers as they go.
The confectioners then cut the base into small, bit-size sections, revealing the intricate design running through the centre.
Beautiful and tasty - we're seriously impressed.
