And thankfully, preparing the creamy fruit may take less time than you think.

In the video above, the team from Saveur magazine demonstrate how to dice an avocado in just 10 seconds.

All you have to do is cut your avocado in half, place a cooling rack over a bowl and push the avocado through the holes.
