Melting chocolate until it's silky smooth can be a tricky skill to master.
Put chocolate directly over a high heat on the hob and you risk burning it, which can give your bakes a bitter taste. Blast chocolate in the microwave and you may end up splitting it, giving your food a lump consistency.
But melting chocolate doesn't have to end in disaster. The above video by GastroLab.TV demonstrates how to melt chocolate properly using a bowl of warm water.
Now all you need are some strawberries and marshmallows for dipping!
