Beyoncé Hires Jillian Mercado, Model With Muscular Dystrophy, For New Merch Campaign

Beyoncé has dropped the campaign for her new Formation World Tour merchandise, adding a new face to her line up of models.

Jillian Mercado, who shot to fame after starring in a 2014 Diesel advert, showcases the pop star's latest range - including a 'I Twirl on Them Haters' sweatshirt, a 'Hot Sauce' hat and a tote bag that says 'I Got Hot Sauce in My Bag'.

The fashion blogger and major agency-signed model, who has muscular dystrophy and uses a wheelchair, shared an image from the shoot on her Instagram, writing: "OK LADIES now let's get in FORMATION!

"So BEYond excited to finally announce that I'm on the official @beyonce website. A special shout out to Queen Bee herself and the amazing team behind it."
