On the back of a phenomenal maiden speech delivered earlier this week, Mhairi Black is showing youths up and down the country how to do politics.

Back in last May, the 20-year-old became the youngest MP since 1667 when she defeated Labour’s election campaign chief, Douglas Alexander, to secure the Paisley and Renfrewshire South seat. But it seems age is a mere number for the new 'Baby of the House' who is already making a name for herself in Parliament.

For those of you who were particularly inspired by the young Scot here are some top tips from your very own MPs (as well as one international MP...) to help you make it into politics:
