Asos is the UK's ultimate online shopping destination for all things fashion and beauty. As for the team behind the brand? Think bang on trend, eclectic, cool and oozing with confidence from Monday right through to Friday...

Celia Cuthbert, buying manager for casual womenswear, wears a turquoise dress from the Asos Salon Spring/Summer 2014 collection over grey skinny Asos Ridley jeans with a pair of black sandals from &Other Stories.

So far, so stylish and that's before we get onto accessories. Celia wears a Saco watch, Saint Laurent bracelet and her granddad's silver watch chain around her wrist. The lilac nail polish is by OPI.

Trends she's loving this season? "Florals, though I think they look best dressed down and paired back with shades of grey. I'm also loving dust coats (think Scandi-style mac) like the long, crepe styles available at Asos.

"Trainers too - skate shoes are great and there are some amazing ponyskin and leopard print styles this season."

Inspiration comes from? "Street style is the biggest influence in fashion right now. It's real and it's how people translate the catwalk."

What kind of look really catches her eye? "Someone who can do a trend in a unique way, and it's not about money or labels, it's an attitude."

Kieron Watts, a personal stylist for Asos, wears a grey print T-shirt from the Asos x Puma S/S 2014, a double-breasted jacket from Asos menswear, flecked grey trousers from River Island, Saucony trainers, fedora hat from Asos and a Mark Thomas Taylor bangle.

Where does he get style ideas? "Fashion blogs are a great place to start, I also check out GQ Magazine and I think Charlie Casely-Hayford always looks amazing."

Kieron's biggest fashion faux pas? "The shell-suits and rosary beads I wore back in the day."

This lady knows how to accessorise too - this ponyskin clutch bag and the rings (both Asos) teamed with the vintage necklace and bright yellow nail polish totally works.

"I like to look smart, casual and feminine so I wear a lot of cami tops, maxi skirts and chunky sandals and socks. Or my Nikes."

Lucy's can't-live-without-it beauty item? Her Estee Lauder lip liner.

Trend forecast for A/W 14? "Retro geometric print - think 1980s style."

Catherine Nieto, international and campaign content editor, looks stylish in this Marc Jacobs slogan tee tucked into a navy pencil skirt with black lace hem from Asos, blingy statement from Accessorize, Tibi sandals and a gorgeous pastel blue cross-body Gucci bag.

Top trends right now? "I love the white-on-white look (though I don't know if I could trust myself not to spill during lunch) and freaky florals. Co-ordinated outfits too, like crop tops and high-waisted bottoms."

Catherine's last big splurge? "Probably the Valentino sandals I bought last year - which I will be wearing this summer. But I'm all about the sales too - I get completely seduced by it all."

Accessories he's into? "I wear a backpack from Asos (mountaineering style) and then just stick to one or two items of jewellery like earrings and my grandfather's signet ring."

Rachel Bass, personal stylist, wears a white T-shirt and yellow skater skirt from Asos with Dr. Martens and a vintage leather jacket. Think casual, grungy, cool.

The killer red lipstick is by No.7 and she has two awesome tattoos on either arm which she had done at Kids Love Ink in Deptford.

What style advice is she asked for most often? "Women always ask how to toughen up a feminine look - how to give it that edge.

"I think what's key is adding texture and always mixing up the colour of your outfit. Something black like a leather jacket will always work. I also think that less makeup is more."

What do women tend to get wrong when it comes to their style? "Trying to be too sexy, again, less is more and confidence is everything."

Tips on summer footwear? "Sliders should always be worn without socks - with is just way too California."
