From a rapper with a penchant for crisp white tees to a cult denim brand heading transatlantic, it's the season of the cool collaboration. Vogue.fr brings you five essential pairings for the summer and beyond.

Iconic names to the power of two - plus plenty of buzz - equals fans multiplying for covetable collaborations this summer, from iPhone cases and t-shirts, to jeans and bags. From Kanye West for A.P.C to Isabel Marant for H&M, here are our top five on-trend team efforts.

He may have once sung "Mr West is in the building, swagger on a hundred thousand trillion", but there's nothing vaguely showy about the rapper's menswear collection for chic Parisian label A.P.C. Simple t-white shirts, artfully faded straight-leg jeans, smart sweats with a baggy fit... this is effortless Gallic style with an urban edge. With all previous sartorial crimes forgotten, it seems that Kanye might be ready to relaunch his fashion career.

With collections for Topshop, Longchamp and Fred under her belt, Kate Moss is no stranger to collaboration, so when the supermodel couldn't find iPhone and iPad covers that suited her taste, she decided to design her own range offering an affordable slice of the model life. Inspired by personal trinkets, superstitious symbols and even the model's anchor tattoo, her new collection for Carphone Warehouse is the perfect companion to a stylish mobile loaded with our new Vogue Paris iPhone app.

Bling Ring director Sofia is a close friend of Louis Vuitton creative director Marc Jacobs, giving her unparalleled access to amazing frocks for every occasion (here's another), as well as ample opportunity to team up with the French fashion house. Alongside her father Francis Ford Coppola, Sofia posed for the label's 2008 luggage ad campaign by Annie Leibovitz, going on to design the SC handbag in 2009. It's been reissued as a special edition with summer-ready neon pink piping, available exclusively at Paris luxury retailer Bon Marché.
