Every year the X Factor returns to our screens and brings with it a parade of hot (and sometimes not) fashion looks.
We can't wait to see what Cheryl Fernandez-Versini brings back to the table, along with brand new judges Rita Ora and Nick Grimshaw - the first time we've actually been excited to see what menswear will be on show (sorry Simon Cowell).

'Stop!' Cheryl seems to be saying, but if only she'd been facing a mirror while doing so. She chose this Red Valentino leather dress for the next round of London auditions.It seemed a strange move considering the swelteringly hot weather. We had to double check it wasn't 2003 we when we first spotted Rita's ensemble (is it us or is she actually trying to channel every single decade?).This double denim two piece, feat. halterneck top and super wide flare jeans, is giving us all sorts of fashion flashbacks. It looks like Nick celebrated his judging debut by having a raid through Harry Styles' wardrobe. And he would've have gotten away if it wasn't for those pesky rosary beads which is making us come over all Babyshambles. And not in a good way. (credit:Ian West/PA Wire)

Cheryl played it rather safe to kick off her return to the judging panel - although she got a lot of body image hating around her weight.Going for all-black, she teamed this Mugler top and Roland Mouret wide-leg trousers and almost nailed it but the gold hoop earrings let it down.
