Bill Lister

Bill is a Partner at Pannone and leads the specialist Contentious Intellectual Property and Media team, specialising in all areas of intellectual property, dispute resolution, media and sports law.

Bill’s practice covers all areas of copyright, registered trade marks, registered and unregistered design rights and patents. The media practice includes privacy, libel, slander and advice regarding regulatory bodies such as the press complaints commission, OFCOM and the Advertising Standards Authority.

Bill’s clients include sportswear companies, independent software houses, design houses and large SME companies as well as many other individuals.
