Having worked in a corporate background for over 12 years Tara knows first hand the effects of stress, over-eating and not taking care of oneself can have, and how hard it can be to find a healthy balance. Thus, she practices a holistic approach to health and wellness looking at how all areas of a client's life are connected, such as the effects of stress on eating habits or lack of sleep and low energy on exercise.

The changing seasons can be bit of a shock to the system, especially as the days grow shorter and it gets colder outside. You may find your energy levels dropping and want to curl up inside and hibernate.
Caring for your body and mind is so important, so that you don't end up feeling depleted and eventually burnt out. Even just a few small actions can help to make a difference to how you feel overall, especially if done consistently over time.
Plan what exercise gear you will be taking with you so you don't forget anything - trainers, tops, shorts, swimming suit etc whatever you wear for the activity you will be doing. Even things such as a travel yoga mat for your own exercise or perhaps some exercise DVD's to do on your laptop in your room.
