A severe hail storm has left parts of the Mexican City of Guadalajara blanketed in thick ice.
Images show large trucks half-buried in ice, which reached almost 5ft (1.5m) in some areas.

No one is though to have been injured, but local officials have reported flooding and fallen trees. Hundreds of homes were left damaged and vehicles were swept away.
The conditions are a sharp contrast to the 30C that the city – home to 5 million people – had been experiencing.

Civil protection machinery was used to clear the streets.
State governor Enrique Alfaro described the event as incredible, AFP reported.
He added: “Then we ask ourselves if climate change is real. These are never-before-seen natural phenomena.”
