Three Men Charged Following Attack On Owen Jones Outside London Pub

Three men have been charged following an assault on journalist Owen Jones outside a pub in Islington.

James Healy, 39, of Laburnum Grove, Portsmouth, Liam Tracey, 34, of Boswell Street, Camden and Charlie Ambrose, of Borough Street, Brighton, have been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and affray.

The incident took place on August 17 outside The Lexington pub. Jones, who had been out celebrating his birthday when he was attacked, shared news of the assault on social media.

The men will appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, November 6.
