Stephen King has made Donald Trump the lead in his latest horror story in what some have dubbed his “scariest” story yet.

The Carrie author summed up the Republican’s unlikely presidential journey in a mock tweet that prompted many to reimagine the property magnate as one of the writer’s many terrifying characters.

My newest horror story: Once upon a time there was a man named Donald Trump, and he ran for president. Some people wanted him to win.
