Gwrych Castle in North Wales will host the reality show for the second series in a row.
Sharn Iona Hughes' family said she had been trying to take a photo of the castle for a friend before the accident.
Despite the show being filmed in north Wales, many of the crew will also still be working in London.
This year, the long-running show will move from the Australian jungle to a remote castle in the Welsh countryside.
This year, the ITV reality show is relocating to Wales, which is just about to enter a circuit-breaker lockdown.
The upcoming series is due to film at Gwrych Castle in Conwy in November.
