Michelle started her career as a lawyer at leading international law firm, Mishcon de Reya. 5 years ago Michelle joined dating app, Badoo. Having transformed the internal legal offering within Badoo, she developed her role to do the same across the company and rose to Deputy CEO role at the $100m+ revenue generative market leader. During her tenure at Badoo, she approached Whitney Wolfe to establish a way to work with her. Michelle was integral to the the launch of mould breaking dating app, Bumble, and the relationship between Whitney and Andrey Andreev (Badoo Founder).

Having worked in dating apps for 5 years, Michelle has unprecedented experience and understanding of the safety and growth elements of building a social product.

Michelle is also a mama to her 3 year old Peanut, Finlay. Fed up with struggling to meet other mamas whilst working, and finding herself trawling blogs for advice at 2am, she decided to make a product to make being a mama a little less lonely.
