Nick Glynn has worked with a number of organisations and police services in the UK and in Europe providing expertise on the use of stop search, use of force and other powers as well as racial profiling, equality and diversity. He leads for the National Black Police Association on the fair use of police powers in his capacity as Vice President. He is currently an Inspector with Leicestershire Police and has a broad range of policing experience at operational, command and strategy level.
