Amway UK’s Britain’s Top Real Role Model Judge and fashion designer

Patrick is the Creative Director of Norton & Sons and E. Tautz and is the co-presenter of BBC's 'Great British Sewing Bee'.

Patrick Grant won the British Fashion Council’s Menswear Designer of the Year award in December 2010 for his work on E. Tautz. In 2012 he won the BFC’s Fashion Forward award and was shortlisted for Designer of the Year at the Scottish Fashion Awards and International Designer of the Year at the WGSN Global Fashion Awards. He is also the only menswear designer to make the shortlist for the British Fashion Council/Vogue Fund, in both 2009 and 2010.

Patrick is a regular in best dressed lists in the UK, he has appeared for the past five years in GQ’s 50 Best Dressed Men, and has been named in Esquire Magazine’s Most Stylish Man in the World.

Patrick has a Bachelors degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Leeds University and Universite d’Orleans and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Oxford. Patrick has lived and worked in five countries and worked in a number of different industries before a passion for clothing, craftsmanship and old British brands lead him to Savile Row tailors Norton & Sons which he took over in 2005. In 2009 Patrick re-launched the historic British sporting and military tailoring house of E. Tautz as a men’s ready to wear collection.

He has worked with many other brands and designers including Barbour, Christopher Kane, Kim Jones, House of Holland, Richard Nicoll, John Lobb, Rag & Bone, The Kooples, Citroen and Chivas.

Patrick Grant was born in Edinburgh on 1 May 1972. He attended The Edinburgh Academy before going to Barnard Castle School in County Durham. He was a schoolboy rugby international, representing Scotland at U18 and U19 level, and has represented school, university and county at many sports including Tennis, Fives, Swimming, Hockey, Athletics, Cross Country, Rowing and Modern Pentathlon. Patrick has travelled extensively visiting over 80 countries across 5 continents.

Patrick lives in East London and bicycles to work on Savile Row each day.
