Robert Ince

Writer, freelance journalist and PR professional

Robert has 15 years experience working in the media as a journalist and PR professional.

After starting out in broadcasting in 1998 working for the companies Mersey Television and Granada Television, he later established a career in journalism, working for Trinity Mirror Newspapers as a reporter. Robert went on to freelance for various publications across the UK, and later Australia, before returning to continue his career as a news correspondent for the Liverpool Daily Post and Echo and Gloucestershire Echo in Cheltenham.

He has since worked in London in a range of journalism and PR roles for organisations as diverse as Northcliffe Media, Citigate Publishing, Janes Information Group, Ofcom, the BBC, the Department for Education and Westminster City Council. Throughout his career, he has written on a number of subjects including travel, politics, education, environment, defence, policing, transport, and arts & entertainment.

He has written for The Guardian as well as varied travel, consumer and business publications.
